Gardening News - New Dates for 2021

Gardening News - New Dates for 2021

Bob's email of 3rd Feb 2021:

Just to say that despite the ongoing Covid virus and the marvellous efforts on getting us all vaccinated the New Year has started and our snowdrops, daffodils, hyancinths and bluebells are welcoming us daily so 2021 Gardening Roster begins - may I suggest we rally at 10.00 am on the 27th March for our first foray (we all know the Covid safe rules by now !) bring your own tools if you can; after that we will meet on the fourth Saturday of each month till October 4th April, 29th May, 26th June, 31st July, 28th August, 25th September, 30th October - Bath in Bloom & SW in Bloom Judging during July.

RHA have suggested to plant a tree in Remembrance of those we know who have passed away from Covid and have discussed with Debbie - its a great idea but we have plenty of trees already so perhaps the funding of a rose bush or climber would be a lasting memorial and would add colour and beauty to the gardens - the white roses planted to the front are also in remembrance - trust you are all faring well and look forward to us all meeting up in March - best wishes bob c-p
