NEWS FROM PHILIP AND DEBBIE

Good news - Church Services are back in Church!

Sunday morning services have resumed, following all Diocesan Covid-19 guidelines, from 6th September onwards at 10:45 at St Stephen's.  It is planned to livestream the service from our YouTube Account so you will be able to watch online if you do not feel able to attend in person..

A Service of Holy Communion is now available every Sunday at 8:00 a.m. on YouTube and on this website page below, together with the Liturgy for this.

St Stephen's church building is still open for individual private prayer on Thursdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Resources for Young People are now regularly available on this website's page entitled Young People.  You can access these resources for download and use with your young people via the green tab at the top of this page.

Stewardship Giving

St Stephen's now has a Stewardship Giving page on give.net.  Thank you for your support for the church with a regular or one-off gift at this time.  See the green link below:

Morning PraYER

Since we started lockdown we have been in various seasons, Lent, Passiontide, Holy Week, Easter, Ascension, Ascension to Pentecost … we are now in Ordinary Time, or Trinity. This is the time between now and All Saints. Rather than one set liturgy for Morning Prayer (and Evening Prayer) there is a different one on each day of the week. If you’re following Morning Prayer via the Church of England App, then it will be there for you each day. Do check you've got the right day on the liturgies below if you're using this website.
