The warmest of Welcomes at this inclusive church

An inclusive Anglican church in Bath, UK

Saint Stephen’s is a church family that is excited by the limitless possibilities of God, who creates and imagines; by the radical love and inclusion of Jesus of Nazareth, and by the abiding Spirit who connects us and enables us to live this wonderful gift of life to the full. We are part of a United Benefice with St Mary’s, Charlcombe, the oldest church in Bath. We hold very dearly hospitality, generosity and inclusion. Here is a gathered community of all kinds of traditions and beliefs, and all ages. We have a heart for welcome and journeying, and have a passion live God’s peaceable Kingdom without and within.

Please find more information about our regular Services of weekly Eucharist and Morning Prayer, together with Celebrations including Baptisms, Weddings and Funerals on our Services page - see link below.

support your local church today!

support your local church today!

Your support for the Church is greatly appreciated, particularly at this time since over this past year our income has taken a big hit, although of course all the running costs are pretty much the same.

Please give as you are able through the website give.net (link in the green tab) or by using the QR code in the image below.  No amount is insignificant but if you can give generously please do.

Remember "God loves a cheerful giver" From 2 Corinthians 9v7

Thank you so much!

Quote open  “May today there be peace within.
May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.
May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you.
May you be content knowing you are a child of God.
Let this presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love.
It is there for each and every one of us.”
