Bath Sands Support Group
Bath Sands Support Group meets on the 1st Tuesday of each month in the Foyer at St Stephen's Church from 7pm to 9pm. It is the local branch of the national baby loss charity SANDS
Bath Sands Support Group supports anyone who has been affected by the loss of a baby, whether recently or long ago, and at any point in the pregnancy. Their support workers are trained by SANDS and are all parents who have lost a baby themselves. They offer a safe space and a listening ear.
Bath Cantata Group, Bath's longest running chamber choir, rehearses weekly during term time in St Stephen's Centre and performs many of it's concerts in the church. The choir feels very much that St. Stephen's is 'home' and receives enormous support from everyone associated with the church and The Centre. The choir numbers around 45 singing members and prides itself on being a group of friends making music together.

CitySound Voices is a choir of around 30 singers who formed a new choir in 2012. It has been an exciting journey. We knew that we wanted to sing as varied a repertoire as possible, – everything from Monteverdi to Bohemian Rhapsody. Australia-born Ruth McKibbin, now an enthusiastic resident of Somerset, is our Musical Director. She brings together her own experiences as chorister, operatic soloist and teacher, and insists on wasting no opportunity to develop our vocal technique and our musical sensitivity. We usually come out of rehearsals reeling and exhausted, but exhilarated.
